Repair

Under performing operations quickly impact cash. Customer exodus, personnel turnover, labor costs overrun, reputation/reviews, NPS, marketing strategies not getting traction are a few of the examples. In the words of Professor Galloway: "The Don Draper days are over and done". This solution will take on a hands-on, roll up the sleeve approach to reading the data, engage each stakeholders and drive to remove "the iceberg of ignorance" that has taken root in the business. This solution brings resilience, drive and unstoppable momentum for change. We will start a Start/Stop/Keep process, survey the teams on the ground, obtain POS systems data and any other systems data on operations activities (support tickets, vehicle repairs, returns, abandoned carts, incomplete purchases, pick/pack/ship activities, production outputs, etc...). We will also measure workflow performances, identify bottlenecks, recognize the role of each internal and external constraints and quantify their impact. From there we will drive at formulating priorities within a plan for restoring performance and bring clarity to what is driving down the business. It includes the blueprinting of the key operations workflow and their optimization with a focus on throughput and reputation, adopting in most possible ways a LEAN approach to the challenges encountered.

Scalability

To take on growth, this solution will address and deliver a Talent acquisition strategy, a plan and commitment from providers to ensure the systems are either guaranteed scalable, or updated, or upgraded or swapped or changed for leaving space to new tools and systems to take on more volume, and welcoming the process of templatizing, for a quick copy/paste process for site, branch and geo expansion. Growth is about change and velocity. How fast can you provide onboarded personnel the goal, the objectives, the key results and metrics, the tools, systems, processes, policies and procedures to deliver their contribution to the strategic plan. This includes going as far upstream as possible in the value chain and identify potential supply challenges. Above all this solution must align with the financial strategy so cash is available to support all of the above mentioned in terms of volume, time and location.
