In some instances, the time it takes to make a decision in order to change a direction added to the time that it took leading to that decision, has given plenty of amplitude to a toxic culture to take root, and/or where people and stakeholders can no longer discuss and resolves, and where gossip and finger pointing has become the prevalent expression of the people working.

The bad news is that EVERYONE will have to take responsibility for participating. By actively taking responsibility, everyone will engage in adopting change in their behavior, words and tone spoken as much as changing the content and intent of their respective communications, whether it is by voice, email, chat, DMs, etc...

This solution is about stabilizing first, identifying the low hanging fruits, making decisions on these quickly, and designing a plan while simultaneously evaluating the resources available to execute such plan.

While I will take on the leadership in developing and executing the plan, this solution may require third party professional help to coordinate the specific deliverables (team building, trauma healing, etc...) with the people of the organization.

This solution is about executing on the strategic plan, initiatives, priorities and making the changes in the organization to embrace and create growth and achieve the goal.

The strategic solution I provide sets in place specific groups and meetings that will replace or update the ones already existing in the organization. Additionally, the solution will focus on the talent acquisition, development and retention strategy as well as driving sessions to define who is who on the bus and how the organization will deliver goods & services so the competitors will be discouraged to replicate the

business model.

The one component in this service is the communication and the constant and systemic engagement of the key stakeholders and their reports on the delivery of the metrics and key results. Promoting the values, principles and direction, clarifying the roadmap on every occasion to achieve the one thing: CLARITY on the way to deliver The Goal.
