Recently, I consulted for 2 small businesses (<$10m) working on heavy accounting repair after years of poor bookkeeping and accounting practices.
Once my job was done, it was time to handover the work and make sure my clients would never have to go through this again. This is where I met FRONTIER Tax Works founder Tom Totaro after the recommendation from one of his client.

The Netherlands is "the" European hub for world logistics. It is also, since 2009, a country with a much simplified tax code aimed to facilitate all operations.
Inheriting of an onerous VAT/GST mistake and its heavy fine, I was seeking to be setup right once and for all, and get back most of the taxes we had just paid.
This is where I started to work with Mark Dunnewijk, Senior Partner & BRIDDGE Head of Tax Law Patrick Visser.
After 2 years of dedication and hard work we recovered all of the VAT we had paid and at inception of our working relationship we were setup in matter of days under Article 23 of the NL VAT code.
Additionally, I worked with BRIDDGE on the setup of our Transfer Pricing Agreements.
