2 engagements to choose from:

INTERIM

Interim engagements arise from functional voids or long-term needs that principals and/or shareholders have identified. This type of mission most often requires more than 25 hours a week or is full time and spans over weeks or months.
Recurring onsite presence is needed. Attendance of meetings & travels to other locations is likely. Engagement is a minimum of 3 months and lasts up to 2 years.
Pricing is in tiers and based upon onboarding and mission scope as well as engagement length.

FRACTIONAL

Fractional services attract decision makers interested in providing to their business the expertise their teams need at a fraction of the costs of a full-time CEO or an EVP of Finance or Operations. The engagement requires less than 25 hours a week, with possible onsite visits and/or attendance at quarterly meetings as well as participation in strategic development/planning sessions. Duration of engagement is a minimum of 1 month, and up to 2 years.
